KidSenses New Exhibit Opens

The Amazing Airways exhibit, located in the newly renovated Gears and Gadgets Exhibit Gallery, is a pneumatic air maze designed to make the concepts of air come to life for children and adults alike. This series of Lexan tubes features an entry box where visitors can put scarves and pompoms into the maze and, by manipulating two different diverter levers, can watch the air travel through three different paths. This exhibit illustrates air in action---it has mass, it is a fluid, and it moves--and more importantly, it's FUN!
