Are you searching for a field trip destination that's educational and lots of fun? We invite you to visit KidSenses Children's InterACTIVE Museum. Our exhibits and special workshops stimulate the imagination and educate the mind by focusing on science, math, art, technology, geography, culture and society.

Field Trips can be scheduled Tuesday - Friday. Field Trips last approximately two hours. Call 828-286-2120 to schedule.

Group Rates

  • A minimum of ten children is required to receive the group discount ($4 per student).
  • Groups that wish to receive the group discount must notify KidSenses of their visit at least two weeks in advance. We welcome all groups, however groups that have not scheduled their trip in advance must pay full admission price ($5 per person).
  • Please provide chaperones, one adult for every five students (additional chaperones are welcomed!) Admission price per chaperone is $1. Teachers are FREE!
  • WORKSHOPS – Add to the educational experience with a hands-on workshop in science, health, art, and literacy for only $1 per student. Select one from the EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOP list (right).
  • Our LUNCH ROOM is available for your group's use (30 minutes) at a fee of $10. Please request the lunch room when you schedule your trip. Food and drink are not permitted in the museum and should stay in the lunch room.
  • Memberships do not apply to field trips
